Definitions

Customer: any professional or natural person with legal capacity within the meaning of articles 1123 et seq. of the Civil Code, or legal entity, who visits the Site subject to these general terms.

Products and Services: Nuva Home makes available to Customers the online sale of furniture and decor (sofas, armchairs, coffee tables, indoor and outdoor lighting, cushions and decorative items).

Customer information: hereinafter referred to as "Information," corresponding to all personal data that Nuva Home may hold for the management of your account, customer relationship management, and for analysis and statistical purposes.

7.2 Purpose of the data collected
