Refund policy

In accordance with regulations, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your parcel to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return or exchange, with no need to justify a reason.

For the return to be accepted:

• The item must be returned in its original, complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions).
• The product must be in new condition to allow it to be resold.
• The proof of purchase must be included in the package.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective or non-conforming product.

Defective or damaged items

If you receive a damaged parcel or an item with a defect, you may request an exchange or refund. Contact us by email at contact@nuvahome.fr, attaching photos of the issue to help us process your request.

Return procedure

For any request, write to us at contact@nuvahome.fr. Once your request has been validated, a return label will be sent to you by email.

Refund

Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary from 7 to 14 days depending on your bank.
