Sorena pendant light in rattan and wood

The Sorena pendant light is the closest thing to a hand-woven dome, thread after thread, forming a shape as light as it is sturdy. It's a piece that first seduces with its weave: a dense interlacing of natural rattan, arranged in regular diagonals that create a play of light and shadow across the entire surface of the shade. We drew inspiration from an artisanal, raw spirit, where the material speaks for itself, with no need for superfluous ornamentation — just the gesture of weaving, repeated until perfect balance is reached.

The top of the pendant closes with a solid wood cap, warm in tone and richly grained, which anchors the piece and echoes the warm texture of the rattan below. This contrast between the fineness of the weave and the density of the wood creates a silhouette that is both airy and textured, like a basin suspended in mid-air. Once lit, light filters through the rattan mesh and casts graphic patterns on surrounding walls, for a warm, enveloping atmosphere worthy of a bohemian or Scandinavian interior.

At 40 cm wide, the Sorena pendant light naturally finds its place above a dining table, a kitchen island, or in a living room corner as a focal point. It weighs 3 kg and operates on a 220V voltage. A piece that is both sculptural and functional, instantly bringing a natural, textured touch to any room.
