The Nayla pendant light is the closest thing to a sand wave frozen in time, as if the desert wind had sculpted its silhouette before leaving it suspended, motionless, at the end of a cord. It's a piece that first seduces with its gesture: an organic, asymmetrical line, stretched then released, evoking the movement of a wing or a fold of fabric caught mid-flight. We drew inspiration from wabi-sabi, where beauty is born from irregularity and raw material rather than smooth perfection. Its flared shape, stretched in a single gesture from a narrow neck to a wide, curved 80 cm plate, recalls the outline of a wind-swept dune, both fragile in appearance and firmly anchored in its balance.

Its sandy beige finish mimics the grainy, mineral texture of natural stone, warmed by the light it diffuses below — a subtle contrast between the raw look of its outer surface and the almost pearly softness of its inner face, which captures and reflects light with warmth. The resin, worked to reproduce the matte, slightly textured look of artisanal plaster, gives the piece a sculptural presence, like a hand-shaped object rather than a mass-produced one. Hung from a thin, discreet cord, Nayla literally floats in space with its 42 cm depth and 22 cm height, giving full presence to its silhouette and the warm light it casts on the floor, creating a soft, enveloping atmosphere.

Nayla fits as naturally above a dining table as in a minimalist living room, where its sculptural shape becomes a decorative element in its own right.
