Tolvia pendant light in rattan and wood

The Tolvia pendant light is the closest thing to a woven droplet in suspension, tapered at the top and generously curved at the bottom, like a hand-shaped carafe. It's a piece that first seduces with its elongated silhouette and tight diagonal weave, which here and there lets a few openings show at the top, subtly revealing the light before it diffuses fully further down. We drew inspiration from an artisanal, timeless spirit, where the shape follows the gesture of weaving, never seeking perfect symmetry — just the natural balance of a hand-shaped material.

The top narrows into a fine point dressed in solid wood, warm in tone and richly grained, contrasting with the light, airy texture of the woven rattan. This meeting between the fineness of the wood and the density of the weave creates a piece that is both sculptural and light, catching the eye as soon as you look up. Once lit, light nestles inside the woven spindle and radiates softly through the mesh, for a warm, intimate atmosphere.

At 25 cm wide, the Tolvia pendant light works as well alone above a reading corner as in a row above a countertop or dining table. It weighs 3 kg and operates on a 220V voltage. A piece that is both graphic and warm, bringing a natural, refined touch to any interior.
